The hospitality of the staff! And not last, the room. Japanese style with private onsen. Quiet, clean with lots of amenities. It is the best way to calm down before your flight. Very nice hotel, walking distance to Kashiwa main station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff was very kind, and hotel is practically brand new. Breakfast was also good.
