everything! amazing location. friendly and obliging staff, and great facilities. the dinner is totally a must. we tried both the exterior onsen and the ones inside, and we loved them. they're also fully equipped with wellness amenities which we loved a lot. Totally recommended to get a great experience in Hakone. just a few minutes walking to the station.

The guests were so friendly, welcoming and accomodating. The facility was super clean and in a great location. We instantly felt very relaxed when we arrived and didn’t want to leave. The private Onsen was beautiful, as was the provided breakfast. I would highly recommend. It felt very homey and traditional. The restaurant Box Burger down stairs was also delicious!! We loved our stay at Hakonowa.
