The staff were friendly and helpful and even gifted us with a local chocolate when checking out. They kindly allowed us to leave our bags before and after check in. The room was very clean, comfortable and had an excellent view of the mountains. The location was near to the subway and many lovely streets.

Everything was ok, hotel is huge. Clean room, cleaned every day. Beautiful view of the mountains. Fast WiFi. Large selection at breakfast. Food in the restaurant above the lobby very tasty, nice service. You can eat traditional dishes. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I loved almost everything: great location in just 2 minutes walk from Arbat, nice shopping center is also pretty close, and this part of the city is very nice and cosy; the interior was lovely styled in vintage and the room was very clean, with a large and comfortable bed and a quite tiny balcony looking to into the yard with big trees.

I found the location ideal, just behind the Republic Palace concert hall and close to Kok Tobe gondola. Very peaceful street for sleeping even with the window open as I prefer. Comfortable bed, good wi-fi, well-stocked minibar. Top floor has a casual restaurant for drinks/dinner (nice for groups or solo) and breakfast in the morning with views all around. Very good value. Totally recommend it for tourists.
