Hotel near mrt bukit bintang and pavillion If you want to walk to Jalan Alor street food it take around 15 mins from hotel but normally around the hotel it have many local restaurant. All staff are very nice,room very clean and it very new in the room also have iron so it better for us. We get room floor 36 and view so good we can see KL tower and also twin tower a little bit.

The Hotel has everything you need, a comfortable room, swimming pool, restaurant, an excellent breakfast, a beautiful view of the city with the Petronas towers. The staff is great, the manager, receptionists and cleaning staff, thanks to all of them, the best of this 4 month trip.

the water dispenser, the fact that they come in and clean just like a hotel would do. they'd change the towels, ask if we need more tissues if we're in the room. the place is also located in front of a building that has lots of restaurants, so that's great. they also have a laundry area and ironing station at the communal area

I love the rooftop, the strategic location, and the caring service, with basic necessities provided in the room. You can also pay 10 EUR per hour if you want to check in early or late. The staff were all friendly and caring. I informed them about the verbal harassment incident in the lobby of M.S.S., and they assured me it wouldn’t happen at City Central Hotel, and they lived up to their words. I will definitely come back when I visit KL again.

Everything. Super helpful and kind workers (both people who was at the reception and the cleaner). The bedroom cleaning was exeptional. Got new water bottles and toothbrushes everyday, in addition to new bedsheets and towels. The breakfast was good too
