We were a family of four travelling on a road trip from Johor and Penang was our last stop. We were pleasantly surprised by the ease of checking-in and the room! The size of our room was huge! Two king size beds and there was a sofa bed to relax. The bathroom was big, there was a mirror light in the bathroom mirror, and the shower area was also big enough to turn around. The amenities included were also great. There was a huge tv for my dad to watch news everyday. There was a long study/work table with desk lamp for anyone travelling for work. Overall, it was a great satisfactory experience.

Everything was perfect, the owner was very supportive, responsive and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to the old Town and Jettys, apartament itself is a gem made of the old house. We loved wooden shutters, high ceiling, spacious Rooms and outdoor shower :) All necessities are present, there is an awesome handout brochure on the table to guide you to best food place nearby.

The apartment was spacious, modern, well decorated, comfortable with everything we needed (apart from gin glasses!). All bedrooms were large and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean - lovely towels and bedding. The view was amazing - we were on the 31st floor with a large balcony. The air-con was super efficient. The infinity pool was beautiful - a large covered seating area, sun beds and the water very clean and refreshing. Pool towels were provided. The lifts were punctual and rapid. There was a handy small food store by the residences that served lovely coffees. All the staff were lovely - reception, cleaning and security. Our lights went out one night and an engineer was with us within minutes to sort. We felt very welcome and safe.

Personal was absolutely perfect. We had to wait 30-40 minutes for check-in, because our room wasnt ready. Receptionists cared about us and offered us watter and coffee. They also gave us small gifts (bag and plastic bottle for watter) as an appology for waiting. There were also ongoing reconstruction in lower level of the hotel (some of the restaurants in the 1st level) and our room was near the construction site. We called receptionist and he gave us another room in different part of the hotel, appologised for the noise and offered us free breakfast.
