This is a very amazing experience! The house is very large, the facilities are also great, and the courtyard is beautiful. We met the hosts, who were very friendly and enthusiastic.They even made dumplings for us to celebrate Chinese New Year. This makes us feel very warm. We got a very warm welcome from John the owner. He also gave us a lot of information about the area and many of the local sights to see. He showed us to our room, which turned out to be a spacious, clean and well equipped 1 bedroom unit. We were pleasantly surprised. He and his staff were friendly and accommodating at all times. The room was very comfortable and there were a large number of TV channels, which was good, as there was a day of heavy rain, which precluded any outdoor activities. Restaurants, shopping, the wharf and most activities were a 3 to 5 minute walk away. The beach was just across the road from the motel. Paihia is a lovely town and the motel was beyond our expectations.

Waitangi Holiday Park provides an ideal base to explore Northland and the Bay of Islands. Situated on the banks of the Waitange River, it is close to Te Tii Bay and local beaches.

We were greeted by a lovely lady when check-in. The room was perfect. Warm, quiet, spotless and spacious. We loved the big airmchairs. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bathroom was a little bit dated but the shower was modern, big and clean. Location was excellent too.

Not many motels can claim to overlook a waterfall and an ocean-river lagoon, but Waterfalls Estate can.

Bayview is absolutely amazing! Friendly and kind. Me and my friend had lost our car keys, which ended up in kaikohe. They offered to take us to get our keys, which would've cost us a huge amount! They also gave us amazing room with a fantastic view. Thank you, Bayview, we will definitely be back x

Well located. Near enough to the centre to be in easy reach of everything but not so close as to be disturbed by nightlife. Room was clean and comfortable and the owner was really pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
