We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the beginning, the staff were very responsive and helpful with all our questions. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the heater, which made it extra comfortable. Despite our late-night arrival, they warmly welcomed us, and when we had to leave early in the morning, they thoughtfully prepared takeaway breakfasts for our group. They even helped us arrange transportation to the train station. Very kind staff and an excellent place to stay in Ollantaytambo!

Placement was great. From the terrace you could see Ollantaytambo main archeological site. All staff were nice, but Marcela did everything to make my stay perfect.
