The hotel has a very good cituation, next to the central station and 5 minutes away from any point of the center. The hotel was imaculately clean, the room are very comfortable. The hotel was freshely renovated. The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful. The breakfast was great, I liked the Nespresso machine.

We've been travelling a lot and have stayed in many places. Usually, I would not take the time to leave a review for a hotel where we only stayed one night - I don't have the time. However, this hotel stood out positively in almost every aspect (most other places had some really nice aspects, but also some issues) and was really good value.

Situated on the slopes of Buçaco Mountain, this hotel is only 1 km from the Buçaco Forest and is a 2-minute walk from Luso’s thermal spa. It has a restaurant.

They have now a indoor swimming pool in 2016 when I came with my children even the elevator wasn’t working, now it was and the little touch of the pool after traveling it was just good

The rooms are very spacious and well equiped. I arrived with a bit of stress and the personal solved my practical problems and calmed me down where all the team was involved. There is a lot of service due to a terras, bar and a restaurant in the same building. Nice place to sit and relax. The jacuzzi, yes, it was working in this hotel. The breakfast cannot be better with fresh fruit and well designed.
