My wife and I were staying for our wedding anniversary and new years, we booked a suite as the photos showed an amazing room with great view and bathtub. The Suit we were given was not the one in the photos, this could have really impacted our celebrations but the team managed to switch us to the room photographed after we spoke to them. The hotel was quite full so we were very thankful to the team for managing to switch our room

Very very helpful staff. We asked them to book us a taxi 🚕 from an event and it was not an easy task due to logistics but they were very professional and helpful!
