The staff was super friendly and always available via WhatsApp. The door is secured by a pin code and I felt safe there. There's also a panic button in the hallway. My room was actually 2 rooms (bed room and living room with couches) plus a very nice bathroom and a balcony, so there was lots of space. There was also a little table to work from. It's not far so the seafront and the main street in Seapoint with restaurants and cafes.
