First of all comfort and size of the apartment was excellent. The view over the lake was a morning motivation and a perfect add on to the breakfast. Apartment kitchen was equipped with all necessery things to cook a self made dinner. One can only think to come back.

The family-run Hotel Pesentheinerhof is located only 150 metres from the shore of Lake Millstatt. The centre of Millstatt is 1.8 km away. Close to the lake and public access to swimming spot. Free entrance to the beach with a voucher from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner called the restaurant across the street and got us a table. The restaurant was very good and we had a wonderful meal next to the lake.

Perfect and very tasteful cuisine for a half board. You can choose from two options. Breakfast a little bit boring however rich. Salat bar always included. Rooms in appropriate quality and quite modern. Nice stainless steel 1,5m deep pool in adjacent building (15m). Friendly and funny owners (lovely couple). Dog friendly hotel. We will gladly came again 😀
