The heaters kept us warm and cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for our family getaway. We loved that the kitchen was stocked with breakfast essentials like butter, milk, eggs, and cereal. It made our mornings easy and enjoyable, allowing us to savor leisurely breakfast together. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor fire pit. We spent a wonderful evening roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with the kids, making lasting memories under the stars. Our host was incredibly nice and friendly, always available to answer our questions and ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the farmhouse and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend it for families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat.

It was exceptionally clean and well presented. As an adult family of 5 we had all the amenities we needed. It was also a very quiet and comfortable area.

The room was very clean and all fixings, etc, were awesome. Great value for money and an excellent location.

Genesta House, en Cowes, ofrece alojamiento solo para adultos con jardín y terraza. We stayed at Genesta in Philip Island, where we went to celebrate Father's Day. We loved the facility for the cleanliness of its rooms, attentive staff, and proximity to Cowe Beach. They made us very happy with the little surprise they made for Father's Day. It was a place that I definitely recommend and we can't wait to go again.
