Despite our late arrival, they showed up within minutes, offering valuable information and demonstrating remarkable flexibility, which was a huge relief since I was traveling with my four-year-old son. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, including all the amenities.

Well equipped house + good furnitures make it feel like a real home, not a rental property. Kitchen + down stair living are quite roomy. Beds are comfy, bath rooms & toilets are very well maintained and sparking clean. A small garden + BBQ stove add a good touch. The host is friendly & responsive. Last but not least, the rent was very reasonable for us. This lets me give the place a rating of 10.

Located around 1.1 km from Perth Concert Hall, the hotel is also 2.1 km away from Leederville Oval. There is a restaurant. Great location, close to shops and perfect walking distance to RSC Arena. Our second stay here we will definitely stay here again when we come to Perth again. Staff are always very friendly and helpful on check in. Beds and pillows are super comfy.

All units feature air conditioning and a cable flat-screen TV. A microwave and toaster are also featured, as well as a kettle. In a beautiful part of Mandurah and well equipped. Comfy bed and very clean. Unfortunately we stayed only one night.

The motel is 3 km from Perth CBD (Central Business District). Everything you need: fridge/freezer, microwave, cutlery, comfortable bed and amazing location. The staff was also very friendly!

It is conveniently close to a few wineries and distilleries. It was very well maintained and the motel area was immaculate.
