The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Location was also perfect as it's near the pier and cafes. It's also a very clean motel with great amenities - WiFi connection was excellent. But what I loved most about our stay was their personalised greeting (even though we didn't meet them in-person!). My husband and I celebrated his birthday at the Lemon Tree Passage Motel. They were so kind to give us Ferrero Rocher chocolates and a birthday card. Thank you, Jason and Lilian for a wonderful experience at the motel. We'll definitely come back and stay here again!

Mark and Sandy (the owners) were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The accomodation was very nice and clean and you almost feel like you are in a little comfortable jungle base with everything you need. And there is a really cute dog :)

Standard rooms have one car space while Family and Deluxe rooms have trailer parking. Excellent motel, well presented, clean , quiet and very comfortable. We stayed two nights and used the laundry and the swimming pool.

There is a free laundry and your room is cleaned daily. Parking is a little tight in the courtyard, but there is more parking in the expansive parking lot next door. The owners are delightful and always available to assist if you need them. The office does shut down at 8 pm, so if you are checking in after hours, just make arrangements to get your key. Best motel in Raymond Terrace. Also, there is a restaurant nest door serving lunch and dinner.

The property is 200 metres walk from West’s Diggers RSL Club. We were very surprised, when we opened the door to this great motel room. Actually, it wasn't a room but an appartment with a balcony instead. We felt very spoiled. It was such a neat and comfortable place, that we would have stayed much longer, if we had the time. However, we enjoyed every minute there. A big thank to the friendy landlord.

Seaside Holiday Resort is just a 10-minute walk from the Fingal Bay Bowls, Sports and Recreation Club. Nelson Bay is a 10-minute drive and Port Stephens Winery is a 25-minute drive away. I loved everything, the apartment was really nice, fully furnished, makes me feel at home :). It was so close to the beach and from coffees and shops. And, the team was really welcoming and so nice. I can only highly recommend it.
