Location is beautiful - awesome views in all directions. The apartment is super comfortable - we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the living room. Host Sonja is soooo friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to provide exceptional service and extra touches. The parking spot in the underground garage was terrific. In my opinion, Brunnen is the perfect place to experience Lake Lucerne - the mountains are magnificent on the north and east ends of the Lake. And the city of Lucerne is only 30 minutes away.

El Hotel Schmid & Alfa está situado a las afueras del lago de Lucerna, en la tradicional localidad alpina de Brunnen. The hospitality & the perfect location is exceptional 10/10. Special shouts for Maria, the super kind receptionist, who woke up in the 3 AM (the receptionist closed in evening), because we arrived super late. She made sure we were able to check in, without hassle. The view from our room is stunning! Property with elevator is a plus & our room is clean. Def came back next time. Best of luck!

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Monastery and shops and restaurants. It is also an easy walk to the train station. The staff was very helpful, whether it was a warm drink in the afternoon or helping us to get laundry done. We were very happy with our stay.
