Great location, fabulous rooftop views, great breakfast (at least for one morning), friendly and helpful staff.

Marcelo and Carolina were wonderfully helpful, excellent hospitality. Excellent location. The room was stylish and comfortable, with an incredible view of the volcano from the balcony. And Marcelo makes a delicious gumbo!

Friendly staff. Marcello was very helpful with all our travel needs. Places to eat, things to do, directions etc etc. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was personalised and very well catered. Location is central

Amazing staff, good location and lovely hotel. Everything was as advertised. Priscilla and the other staff were fantastic. Really helpful, polite and went above and beyond (e.g., preparing a breakfast the night before we left as we were leaving early).

We loved staying in this property! The location was great, the room was super warm and clean and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend others to stay here!
