Here comes my review of 🏨 Qichi Waterfront Hotel — located not far from Luoyi Ancient City, super convenient to get to! ✨ First highlight — the hotel offers a free pick-up service from the train station! 🚗💨 As soon as we arrived, a staff member was already waiting to greet us and warmly escorted us inside ❤️ Right at the entrance, we were welcomed by the cutest chubby cat named 大熊 (Da Xiong) — which means “Big Bear” 🐻. So adorable and super friendly, like he’s the real owner of the hotel! 😆 Our room was amazing — located on the first floor by the river, with a stunning view 🌊 The bathroom is Japanese-style, with a warm toilet seat and a built-in bidet 🚽✨ But the real highlight is… “Xiao Du,” the smart voice assistant! 🎤 You can control the lights and curtains just by talking! Commands we used: 💡 “Xiao Du, kai deng” (turn on the light) 💡 “Xiao Du, guan deng” (turn off the light) 🪟 “Xiao Du, kai chuang lian” (open the curtain) 🪟 “Xiao Du, guan chuang lian” (close the curtain) In the end, we spent half the night just playing with the lights and curtains 😂

Set in the heart of Luoyang City, Once Artistic Inn is sitting next to Luoyang Mingtang Scenic Area, 800 metres from Lijing Gate and 15 minutes' walking from the old town area. The staff was very helpful (Through a translation app) and directed me to a fantastic place for a massage. They let me check out late and were very friendly. The location was fantastic - a 2 minute walk to the most popular sights! The breakfast had several options and there is a full bar in the courtyard. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the room was very clean, I highly recommend this hotel.
