I did not expect this place to exceed my expectations, from the train station out of the hotel to help me contact the private car to pick me up, arrived at the hotel roadside there is a butler to help me take my luggage back to the hotel, although the room is not large but very stylish and warm. The hotel is located in the ancient city scenic spot, go out for a minute to the ancient street, travel is particularly convenient. Every staff member is warm and kind, and when I have something to ask them, they will be the first to help me solve the problem and make me feel as warm here as my own home, and I strongly recommend it.

Upon arrival, we received a map and clear instructions on how to navigate the park's main attractions. The staff even helped us get all our entrance tickets. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting this amazing place. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable.

What really made the difference was the amazing hospitality of the manager—he was very attentive, gave us helpful tips to explore the area, and even offered rides to the airport and train station. It truly felt like staying with friends. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Besides, the room is clean, and materials served in the homestay were eco friendly. 10/10 recommended.

The room is clean as the facilities, I had heaps of space for my backpacks. The location is great, not too far from the main gate and the town (around 30 min walking) Rebecca is lovely and very helpful, she will answer to all your questions, she also dropped us to the national park entrance for free. Also, her cooking it's absolutely a must ! Delicious meal we had Wifi is strong and location friendly and quietly at night. I 100% recommend this place 👌

I would also suggest to get tickets for Tianmen and Zhangjiaje Natl Park from them. It is cheaper.
