The place had a very homey feel with lovely staff working here. I liked the proximity to the beach, only a very short walk and that the hotel is in the nature away from all the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was good and generous and restaurant for evening meals was very good as well. I think it was the best place I stayed on my trip to Costa Rica. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

They gave me great recommendations for places to visit. The property is gated and feels very safe, and provides a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the town. My room was very clean and comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, the shared kitchen had the equipment for making simple meals or reheating leftovers.

Located a mere 50 metres from Guiones’s main break, in Nosara, Costa Rica, The Sunset Shack features a year-round outdoor pool and guests can also enjoy the on-site restaurant. Sunset Shack was in a great location, close to the beach, short walk to the shops and more restaurants. The room was spacious, comfy beds and amazing shower. The hotel/bungalows are quiet and the Al Chile restaurant joined to the hotel is great. We were able to order and eat by the pool.

Casa Buenavista is located in Carrillo, 300 meters from the beach. It offers air-conditioned rooms in a tropical garden. The owner was very kind and helpful. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery. The room is very well equipped, clean. We felt comfortable and at ease. The pools were clean and well-maintained. Very close to the beach, grocery or soda.
