In the most beautiful location of Larnaca, right on the beach, in the city center, in the central bus station. With a wonderful view of the coastal promenade. A clean, spacious apartment with a balcony at a very good price. It is noisy in the evening because of the restaurants, but they close at midnight. It was an unforgettable experience to be there, because of the location and the beautiful view.

The location was convenient - at a walking distance from the city centre and the beaches. The staff responded quickly to communications and to requests. The common areas had all the basics one may need and seemed cleaner than the rooms. Rooms had air conditioning. A budget friendly option, maybe suitable for travellers looking to meet others, save some money and have a place to sleep with no frills.

This is a boutique hotel (mistakenly graded as 2-3 stars in booking) which means the staff make sure you will feel at home. Very friendly and helpful staff, ready to provide any help you need, wonderful breakfast with best home made marmalades, location is great for daily tours in the Troodos mountains. Highly recommend this boutique hotel. planning to come again for the fall season

Very clean room, central location, the employees were very professional. The beds were comfy and we were provided with extra pillows and blankets. The breakfast also had a lot of variety for a budget hotel.

Location was great We did not like the breakfast. It was for 3 stars not more.
