Perfect location, 500 m from the beach and promenade. Cafes and shops nearby. Very tasty and high-quality breakfast. Very fast internet. The hotel definitely deserves more than three stars. We will definitely come back.

Featuring a rooftop pool, the fully renovated Frangiorgio Hotel is set in the city centre of Larnaca, just 250 meters from the popular Phinikoudes beachfront promenade and the local market. Everything was great, very clean room and bathroom, smooth check in and out, friendly and helpful staff even when we had a special request at midnight the nice gentlemen at the reception made sure we got we requested, and breakfast was good with all the basics and coffee/tea machine. The location is perfect close to the beach and attractions, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The house has one floor reachable by stairs and a couple of rooms. There is a balcony on the side with the church where guests can enjoy the view over the square. On the other side there is a small interior garden. It all has a traditional setting. The room has a bathroom with a shower. It has wooden floors and wooden furniture, one window, a fridge, a safe box, a mirror, and a make-up table. Good price quality. We stayed in room 107. The staff was nice and helpful, giving us information. Bus nr. 425 to the airport has a bus stop near the hotel.

Located right on the famous Blue Flag Makenzie Beach in Larnaca, the family-run Island Boutique Hotel features a restaurant and snack bar. The room is light and big , lady on reception was so kind and let me check in two hours earlier. Food from restaurant was delicious.
