Even though there was a language barrier, we were able to communicate through google translate which worked out fine for us. We asked the owner to help organise a desert tour and it was the most enjoyable activity we did in Siwa! The accommodation is clean with a beautifully maintained garden, nice hot showers, good working A/C and solid beakfast that will get you through your morning of activities/sightseeing. Very clean, beautiful decor, spacious room. All the Staff (reception, house keeping and waiters) were so friendly and helpful to us and to my young kids.
