The hotel is actually a renovated 11 century castle, with preserved castle rooms - castle windows, balconies, high ceilings. You sleep in a real castle, it's so romantic and really rare. The price for a night is 1/10 of a price for a night in a Scottish castle. The room was very clean and the views of the lake and the valley from the windows were incredible. We had dinner in the restaurant 1 min walk from the castle, the price is not cheap but the food is good. We were with a teen girl, ordered a Superior room and asked to add a bed.

Each spacious, air-conditioned room at Hotel Porfirio has simple décor. There is a flat-screen TV, a safe and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Very nice and clean hotel with the pool. The city center and the beach are very close. Zahara is very beautiful village with positive energy.

Stunning hotel away from the tourist buzz but close enough to reach all your destinations by car. We were there during high season but you wouldn't have noticed. They don't have many rooms available so the pool and breakfast area were super quiet. The beds are very comfy, the rooms spacious. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained.

The restaurant was amazing and we had a wonderful dinner there! The family room was beautiful and spacious, with a nice private garden. A traditional whitewashed building in a lovely natural setting, the Sindhura's rooms are sophisticated and well-equipped, with air conditioning, minibar and satellite TV. Very clean and friendly hotel located on a hill with an amazing view. There is nice and quite big common space: internal courtyard, lobby and restaurant (as of May available only on Weekends). Outside space is great too - spacious pool and lots of sun chairs. Very clean. There are not a lot of rooms so even if a lot of them are booked you can feel private. Good restaurant. Amazing staff.
