The restaurant staff were very friendly. 6-10 min walk from the train station, or a 10Euro taxi.

Firstly, Telmo met us at the front desk and he is like a breath of fresh air- so pleasant, kind and extremely helpful (gave us a map with helpful review of San Sebastian, an amazing list of pintxos places and a glass of Txacolina for our honeymoon :) the room was large and BEAUTIFUL with an incredible view, everything was clean and quiet. The Hotel Atalaia has a family-friendly atmosphere thanks to its charming interior, spacious rooms and gardens with play area. It was a charming place, located perfectly well in connection to the highway. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast very tasty and healthy.

The décor at the Torre Zumeltzegi combines the building’s mediaeval heritage with modern touches, with exposed stone walls, wooden beams and parquet floors. All air-conditioned rooms come with a TV and a private bathroom. Morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the valley was very special. We had both lunches at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. A comfortable room with great views. But one of the best things were the staff. So friendly, helpful and happy even though it was obvious they were working very hard.

Our location offers our guests' accommodation in what we could call the epicenter of Euskadi, in Arrasate Mondragón, just a few kilometers from the sea but still enjoying the luxury of being surrounded by a green and mountainous landscape. I like that it's centrally located, the staff were increadibly helpful and friendly, and that there was a café in the lower level where we could just hang out outside and people watch. I loved it.
