The staff were extremely polite and helpful, always greeting with a smile and quick to assist with any requests. The location was convenient — close to major attractions and transport. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet which had plenty of variety. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad and look forward to coming back soon!
