We loved everything about the property, the style, heated flooring, bathroom, comfortable bed, located in a great area and the staff were super helpful! It is very clean, cosy and perfect for a couple in the heart of Iceland.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, en el centro de la ciudad, una calle con tiendas y restaurantes. Además, está a dos minutos de la parada de bus que te lleva al aeropuerto y donde te recogen para hacer tours. Justo enfrente hay un supermercado abierto 24h. La habitación era grande y cómoda, con nevera y café. Cuando llegas tienes antifaz y tapones de regalo. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento.

La publicación en booking no es clara, yo resigné ubicacion x el tamaño de la habitación, pero al llegar me habían asignado una caja de zapatos... al hacer el reclamo rápidamente me asignaron una habitación acorde a la publicación q se ve en booking. Si me hubiese tenido que quedar en el primer departamento asignado, la verdad hubiese sido decepcionante.

Lo que más me gusto lógicamente es el excepcional desayuno que sirven, pero esto no quita que debo decir que las habitaciones son super cómodas, espaciosas, internet funciona de maravillas, hay una zona donde puedes beber te o café gratis en cualquier momento del día, es muy gratificante volver de excursiones en el frio y tomar algo calentito realmente. Además tiene una habitación de laundry muy equipada ! lista para usar! excelente.

Hotel rooms lovely, very clean and bed/pillows extremely comfortable. Staff so friendly and helpful especially receptionist Monica and 2 other ladies who went above and beyond to assist when i missed my pickup for tour (didnt realise i had to get on pickup bus to main bus terminal to join tour and was waiting for tour bus to arrive at stop). Within minutes they had every thing sorted and trip rescheduled. Great continental breakfast. Fill water bottles for you each morning. If you have to leave for tour or airport before breakfast starts they have coffee and croissants available in the lounge.
