Three-Star Hotels in Lazio

The staff was friendly and very nice, the location was really close to the Rome Termini station and a walking distance to the city center. The hotel looked better in real life when compared to the pictures. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Rome on a lower budget but still wants a nice, clean and convenient place to stay.

I had a single room, so it was small, but it was newly renovated, very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was (near the termini ) central to all of the sites I wanted to visit and make for easy transport around the city. Great budget hotel especially for a single traveller.

Good location(our choice!) no breakfast available. Kettle-but no tea/coffee cups/milk in room. Good modern style but not ready for guests. Guest lounge little or no facilities. Spend$500 on ‘service and facilities’ to get to 3 stars.

Nice budget hotel just 5 metro stops away from the city centre. The rooms are clean. For breakfast they offer mainly sweet cakes, bonds, sandwiches and fruits. But in general it is more than enough. The neighbourhood is quiet and the metro stop is just 5 min away.

It is nice room in the city centre, with possibility to use shared roof terrace with exceptional view. Owner is very helpful, he gave us information about sightseeings, nearby restaurants, transportation possibilities etc. He is personally involved and cares of its guests. Room was clean, perfect location in the city center, yet not overcrowded.

The location is great for Napoli, not right in the city center but for a fair price, you get to be walking distance from all that can be of interest for a short stay in Napoli. The place itself is amazing and I have to confess we were a bit surprised to see how modern a place can be inside, in a run down building on the outside (specific Napoletan). I sicerely recommend the host and location to anyone looking for a budget and very clean place to stay in Napoli.

Location, that’s basically the only advantage which motivated me to rate this place in 3 stars.

This is a brilliant budget hotel in central Rome. I see there are a few moans on here, but what do you expect for the price? It's in an amazing location with 24-hour acess. I had a clean, tidy and spacious room with everything you could need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The only 5 stars in this hotel is the stuff! The hotel can barely be 3 stars as it service and facilities! Location good for people who want to be near train station but the area not that comfortable and very far from city center for people who like walking. Phone wasn’t working and they never fixed ! The room was the most weird room i ever seen like prison room! No balcony and no window with very low quality furniture! Heater hardly working! Stuff was perfect and very helpful
