The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

The location is prime, right off the street with all the restaurants and shops. Just 100 metres from Fegina Beach, Hotel Villa Adriana is set among palm trees. It offers a Ligurian restaurant, a pool, and classically furnished rooms with an LCD TV. Staff were all very nice. Hotel is relatively close to the station. Breakfast was good and dinner cheaper than options outside. Near the beach as well. Loved that there was free water and a chapel

Great place , can’t believe it’s only 3* It’s one of those hotels high up and overlooking everything that makes you wonder what it’s like to stay there , and I can tell you it was great ! Free shuttle bus to deal with the hill down to town and back up ! I’d read somewhere that breakfast was only a croissant/cake affair , well it’s not , it’s a comprehensive hot and cold buffet that is most enjoyable .

A very nice hotel with excellent views. It was refreshing to get away from the crowds and stay at this quiet inn. It is a ways from the city so plan transportation accordingly, but once you’re there it will be a wonderful treat! 5 stars!

Featuring a terrace and garden, Hotel La Colonnina offers accommodation in Monterosso al Mare. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast daily, buffet-style. We were drawn in right from the start after drinking the refreshing welcome lemonade freshly squeezed using lemons from their orchard! Amazing location, cute hotel, beautiful cosy rooms, lovely selection of vegetarian food during breakfast. All the staff members were so lovely, kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit to beautiful Cinque Terre a wonderful experience. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family in a heartbeat.

Set 200 metres above sea level in Moneglia, Hotel La Vigna features an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and on-site dining. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available throughout. The hotel is run by a family which is the nicest family I have ever met in Italy. The service offered for this 3 star hotel is just perfect and exceeded all our expectations. Nice breakfast. Stuff very helpful with everything you need. Unfortunately, we stayed too short to enjoy more of the hotel (like the pool and the restaurant).
