The decor was really nice and the rooms were comfortable. The service from each of the staff was exceptional. The location was perfect, near the town centre with a grocery store and a snack bar right next door. We will be back for sure.

I totally recommend this hotel. It's very beautiful and the location is just perfect. I would definitely stay here again. It's 10 min by walk from the train station. You can also book some trips at the reception. I took a trip to Capri and was satisfied.

The staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The location was great. High up, the air was fresh and clean. The views were amazing. The view from the restaurant terrace was incredible. A short walk to the centre of town and a nice bus ride down to Sorento.

The location was stunning and the staff was great especially the reception .the manager was very kind..we arrived late after 11 pm and although it was not allowed to bring food to the hotel , the manager gave us the permission to order..I will visit this great hotel again

Il Faro is right on the harbour in Sorrento, which is great if you are thinking of visiting 1 of the islands. Have a traditional Neapolitan pizza at the Vela Bianca restaurant.

The entire hotel has a seafaring design. The guest rooms all come with satellite TV and air conditioning. In the hall you will find satellite TV and free Wi-Fi access. Great location, great view. Walking distance to Capri ferries. Staff helped us with car parking too. Highly recommended.
