Location couldn’t have been better. The staff were so helpful. I liked the room and the pictures were representative of what I actually was assigned. The bed was comfortable. The bedding was fresh crisp cotton. The pillows were perfect. The shower was small. No getting around that, BUT the water was hot and the pressure wonderful. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were quality. Love the scents. The towels are a reasonable size. And if you’re visiting for a while, the walk-in closet is civilized. The coffee pods were also quality. And I guess that’s the theme here. Simple, tasteful, quality. Oh and…The associated restaurant was fantastic.

El Palazzo Ravizza es un hotel histórico situado en pleno centro de Siena y ofrece habitaciones elegantes decoradas con muebles característicos de los años 20. Todo nos gustó, el hotel es hermoso, esta super bien ubicado, la habitación muy cómoda y tenía de todo, además la decoración estaba increíble y el desayuno excelente, definitivamente volveremos.

I felt comfortable and safe as a solo traveler and absolutely LOVED the location. There was a parking lot close by in which I used to store my rental car while I stayed here. I would highly recommend considering a stay here if cleanliness, safety, and comfort is what matters most to you.

Everything was simply “wow”! The hosts were incredibly kind, they waited for us even though we were late for check-in due to traffic. The location is perfect. It’s right on the edge of Pienza, which gave us privacy and the peace and quiet we were looking for during our vacation. The most important thing for us was cleanliness, and this place exceeded all expectations. Everything was spotless, and the cleaning staff came every single day. Breakfast was also excellent and we truly appreciated that they offered plant-based milk, not just the regular one. We’re leaving with the most beautiful memories and truly hope to come back soon 🤗
