They were always ready to answer every request and need for help. Their kindness was incomparable. But it was not just them. The room was beautiful: big and comfortable, with its own onsen. And the food was delicious: hands-down the best dinner and the best breakfast I had during my stay in Japan. Thank you for this authentic and fascinating experience!

The meals were by far the best japanese food I've ever had. Located in a beautiful town with lots of shops and a nice walking trail along the river. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a traditional onsen ryokan experience.
