The host was extremely kind and helpful, and communication was done via WhatsApp using Google Translate. everything was very smooth and efficient. We had a car, so the location was great for us, just about a 6-minute drive from the main town with restaurants, a supermarket, and a laundromat.

The free use of a bike just added to the experience as I rode around the lake and also to the grocery store and other places. The staff was also very kind and the breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend staying here.

The view is supposed to be wonderful when the weather is nice and you can see the Mt Fuji from the room. The staff were super welcome and even offered to drop me off at the Kawaguchiko station after the check out. Onsen was also divine. I can go on and on…I’ll def come back next time!
