The bed was the most comfortable bed that we slept in while in Japan. A bit pricey, but absolutely amazing. Wish we had stayed longer.

The sauna and hot spring facilities are fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel for that alone, as well as the very clean and peaceful environment and the delicious breakfast. Really great value all around.

Set 200 metres from Nishinohama Beach, Mizuno Ryokan offers 3-star accommodation in Karatsu and has a garden. The property is around 47 km from Fukuoka Yahuoku! Dome, 47 km from Fukuoka Tower and 48 km from Fukuoka Castle. The ryokan offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The food was the best of any Ryokan I've ever staged in. We were treated to local delicacies, prepared by skilled practitioners. The staff were also very accommodating and hospitable. Would highly recommend. And the space was clean, large, modern, and comfortable.

The rooms are spacious and very modern. Plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. Quiet area. Great place to slow down and relax. There is a wonderful cafe restaurant 2 minute walk as well as a resourceful tourist center next door. Hotel has tickets you can buy to onsen hop in the main onsen town nearby since the hotel does not have one (but there is a nice free outdoor foot onsen right behind the hotel). It is about a 10 minute drive from the main Ureshino onsen town. Highly recommend this place and other Fairfield properties!
