It is completely non-smoking, and free private parking is available on site. I love the vibe of this place. It’s very friendly. The owner clearly likes people and he is very helpful. Everything is well planned and explained. You can get hot and cold water, or buy some food from the freezer and cook it using available microwaves. There is selection of cold drinks you can buy as well. You can get a yukata and some travel items for free (ear plugs, razors etc). Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice coffee and fresh bread in the morning. I used private bath and it was a very nice experience. If you are traveling with child you will feel comfortable here as well. I would highly recommend this place to other travelers.

The hotel is 20-40 min drive from Mashiko, Kasama and some onsens. the lobby is beautiful and great books and urushi art are displayed. I wish there were nice places to have dinner after 20:30 but that's part of spending time in the countryside.

He is a really awesome person and care about every little detail to do the stay more pleasant.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Excellent location close to the temples and shrines - walkable with stores close by. The breakfast and dinner were excellent and traditional. We stayed for 2 nights and each meal was different . Tatami room was excellent a comfortable and air conditioner was great! Loved the onsen . Very clean. Free shuttle to/from station was an added bonus. Lovely and accommodating staff. Would come back again.

The room was spacious, clean and bright - very comfortable. We enjoyed the private bath. Although it was described as indoor, we were delighted to find that it had full-length windows looking out onto nature so it felt out door to us! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. :)
