We were staying here for two weeks and the place started to feel like home. The hospitality is way beyond. The manager, owner and people there were so friendly and we are so happy to get to know them. Breakfast is huge and delicious, we highly recommend to take it with 900lkr. If you are looking for a affordable but nice place to stay, just choose this one. Definately value for money! The place is near the train station and you can find restaurants by walking but we rented a scooter right next to the place with three minutes walk. Enjoy your stay if you choose this one <3

Hashan, a very good man, offered to rent a scooter and a car for a very good price, arranged for a driver to take me to the airport. I recommend staying at this hotel, I will visit in the future.

The accommodation was an oasis of peace, with a beautiful environment, gardens, and, most importantly, pools. The rooms were clean, and everything worked perfectly (air conditioning, TV, Netflix). The staff was extremely kind and very helpful. They assigned us a better room than we had booked, with a view of the pool. The lady arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for us. The food was excellent, and it is possible to order it to the room or by the pool. A clean and quiet beach is located nearby. The accommodation was simply excellent. Situated in Unawatuna, 2.6 km from Japanese Peace Pagoda, Green Hill Paradise Villa features an infinity pool and free private parking. We absolutely loved our stay at this accommodation. First and foremost, we were welcomed in such a warm and familiar way that we felt like part of the place from the very first moment. The location was incredibly beautiful, with a lovely pool and stunning surroundings. Our room was very spacious and extremely comfortable — we didn’t miss a thing. A big thank you again to our wonderful hosts, who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. It was a truly unique experience, and my wife and I will definitely be coming back!

We arrived early in the afternoon, but that was no problem. The owner Peter is a fantasticly lovely person, and so is his wife Cristina. They make you feel right at home. Also, their partner Holger is a great guy! They were friendly, had great tips, and enjoyed a beer every now and then. The hotel has recently hired a new chef, and the food was absolutely superb! The rooms were spotless, the swimming pool was extremely well maintained, and the staff was super friendly. We are currently traveling to the center of Sri Lanka, but we are definitely coming back here for a few days before our Holliday is over
