The roof top was an Ideal place to relax by the pool on our last day whilst waiting to go to the airport. The room was very comfortable and modern. The biggest attraction of the hotel was the staff, I had interaction with the restaurant staff who were extremely polite and efficient. The most important and positive experience we had was with the reception staff (Wiam and Yasmina ) who on 2 occasions went to exceptional lengths to help us and resolve a couple of issues, they were absolutely fabulous.
