As a female solo traveller I would say Sint Maarten is the place to go and Commodore Suites is the place to stay. Farida and the rest of the crew there were amazing. Best advice and so close to the beach ⛱️. Karaoke on Tuesday and Thursday at the Hilton nearby. On the main street for all types of food and experiences. To say I am coming back doesn't even say it all. The experience almost makes you want to get a remote job and live there. Free drinks mixed by Farida.....new mixes and real fun. TV had all the apps you needed on vacation for viewing fun. Comfy bed, great shower and the ability to wash and dry my clothes before coming back home was priceless. Missing something? There is a grocery with EVERYTHING right downstairs. Want a great view in a hot tub? Go upstairs. Want to eat out? Take a 2-5 minute walk. There is also delivery. My introduction to the country could not have been better.

The room was tidy and clean, the location was great as it is very close to the airport and 1 min to to the beach and many restaurants and bars nearby. The service 100% good, Amanda and Mathis were the best hosts! Also, the French breakfast was delicious.
