I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Everything was clean and easy to use. The breakfast was very good, the laundry was neat, and the pool area was relaxing. The staff was incredible, super friendly and helpful :) The location is great, and it's relatively close to the city center. For example, I took me about 15 minutes to get to the parque Fundidora, and about 30 minutes to get to the airport.

The staff was super nice, they were able to give me my room sooner than the check in time. They also can store your luggage for you. The cleaning staff was so kind, every time before breakfast she was asking me if I needed something or if everything was ok (I didn't require cleaning any of the days). The access to the elevator is through a key card so outside people cannot go up and you only have access to your floor and the breakfast floor. The breakfast was also a nice surprise, when I booked it said no breakfast but arriving there you do have it, it's for all guests. The AC was fantastic, the room with a big window and a big table for working. The size of the room was just enough for me, not too small. The room was extremely clean when I arrived, the bathroom as well. I didn't find it very noisy, although you can hear other guests sometimes, people were generally quiet. The breakfast was very simple (not a complaint here since I didn't even have it included in my reservation, so it was indeed a good surprise, just informing). There were fruits (banana and apple), a yogurt and sweet bread. There was also nice, milk and coffee, and I gotta say the coffee was fantastic! Wifi worked well almost all the time. At the end of the afternoon when everyone is using it it can get a bit spotty, but all the rest of the day it is incredibly fast.
