Parrot Resort in Moalboal is hands down the best stay I’ve had in the Philippines—10/10 with no flaws! The location is amazing: steps from the beach and close to great snorkeling. The resort’s gardens feel like a tropical escape, and the pool is clean and quiet. Staff were incredibly friendly—they helped with tours, remembered my preferences, and made me feel so welcome. My room was spotless, cozy, and had a lovely view, plus the on-site food (especially grilled seafood!) was delicious. If you’re going to Moalboal, book here—you won’t regret it. Can’t wait to return!

The owners are so gentle and staff is always very kind. It was what makes the stay even more better. Location wise it’s perfect and the quality of the resort couldn’t be better.

Offering a tropical beach getaway, Tepanee Beach Resort sits on top of a 10,000 m² piece of land on Malapascua Island. Best hotel in the Philippines! This was my fourth stay at Tepanee Beach Resort. The Italian owners are great, so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my chats with Andrea each day. Their marine reserve is absolutely amazing. My son and I went snorkelling with the black tip reef sharks several times a day - this was an absolute highlight. They have a small gym on site which functions quite well and the view from the bungalows are stunning. Can't wait to come back again.

Near to everything. The tour guide is awesome named Junjun and taxi driver DJ. Just ask for Junjun from the caretaker of Rapunzel. Not greedy, and you're in a good hand. Well deserved a high good rating. Caretaker Yanz is awesome. Excellent service with free fresh coconut fruits and sweet potatoes yummy.
