El trato de todo el staff excelente desde que llegas, que te reciben recogiéndote el equipaje y con un té helado, con la mejor de las sonrisas y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesites. Tienen una oferta de actividades estupenda, incluida la visita del resort que es toda una sorpresa porque hay hasta monos! :) La zona de la piscina es una maravilla. La habitación la mejor en la que he estado en todos mis días en Filipinas sin duda. El restaurante excelente y con buena oferta. Calidad precio más que excelente. Ningún fallo

I was looking for a comfortable place to stay overnight on my way to Boracay, and Hotel Plato de Ciudad was simply perfect. I arrived at night and decided to rest, have a nice meal, and cross over to Boracay the next day. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, and I can say everything was just as previous guests had described. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room very clean, and the bathroom spotless — definitely a 10 out of 10. There’s also a hair dryer available, which is always a nice bonus. The hotel has a restaurant with very affordable prices, and the food is absolutely delicious. What truly stood out was the service. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. To be honest, it was the best customer service I’ve experienced during my entire trip in the Philippines. The owner makes you feel right at home, and you can tell everything here is done with love and care. The whole team deserves a thousand stars! Staying here is definitely worth it — it’s accessible, cozy, and full of heart. I highly recommend it!

El personal súper atento y amable. De vuelta a casa nos pidieron un taxi al aeropuerto y se aseguraron que el taxista ponía a correr el taxímetro y apuntó la matrícula. Cosa, que nos dio bastante seguridad. Ya que los taxista de la ciudad suelen timar en estos aspectos.

Luxurious might be a big word, but this place felt luxurious compared to other accommodations in the Philippines. The landscaped courtyard is really big, with a lovely pool and a beautifully designed eating area around it. The room was really spacious, with big beds, fridge, quiet AC and a drying rack on the porch outside the door. The staff was kind and they helped us with the laundry and to book a car. The whole place is secluded and, therefore, it is blissfully quiet.

Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, piscina increíble y personal muy amable. Te llevan el desayuno a la habitación. El jardín precioso. Nos gustó tanto que estiramos dos noches más la estancia.
