We probably got one of the best rooms in the hotel with ocean and Mountain Views! The front desk lady (who lived in Paris) was AMAZING! And the best part of our stay! We will forever remember her and her hospitality!! Thank you! Ps. The natural pool is right outside the hotel ( they will provide a beach towel if you are nice ;))

This is our forth time at this hotel, as always it has a great location with plenty of bars and cheap to high end restaurants. Located in the upper areas of the Lido. Close to local bus services and a nice 40 minute walk into the centre of Funchal old town. Excellent friendly, helpful and efficient staff in all areas. Good buffet breakfast. This time we were placed on the top 12th floor, had excellent views out to sea. With full view of the comings and goings of the Cruise ships.
