This hotel is a 5-minute walk from Östersund Central Station. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV, free movie channels and heated bathroom floors. Wi-Fi and parking are free. We loved EVERYTHING, starting with the wonderful welcome, the stunning room, breakfast was amazing, the owners made us the best breakfast bag to take on the early train with us, we can't rate this hotel high enough. Even the gluten free was catered for both for breakfast and dinner at night.

We rented apartment with sauna in what seems to be newer building in the complex, and it was very comfortable. Apartment has a nice terrace facing the forest. You may even see deer walking around. Multiple hiking paths are within short driving distance. If you come prepared (see negatives section) it is easily one of the nicest places for calm and relaxing stay surrounded by beautiful nature.

This city centre hotel is within 10 minutes’ walk of Östersund Central Station and the Storsjön lake. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi internet access. When we arrived, an envelope with our name on it and room card was waiting for us at the reception, and love that, because we were extremely tired after a long roadtrip. - Hot water - Very clean linen and towels - A lot of lights and every single one was adjustable (wow!!) - A small kitchen inside the room (with microwave and kettle) and a bigger one (fully equipped) outside the room for the entire hotel - A room equipped with washing machine and iron for everyone who is staying longer (it was not our case) - A vending machine with a lot of food and sweets plus a coffee machine (for 18 SEK it was a correct latte) - Very close to Coop store and you can buy good food from there and you can cook or heat at the hotel - very comfy bed and you feel like you were flying over a cloud - located exactly in the city center

The breakfast was very good. It is not the biggest breakfast area but it had a good variety of cold and warm cuts.
