Zama Resort Koh Phangan is located along Haad Chao Phao Beach in Koh Phangan, a 10-minute walk to Secret Beach. Boasting a tropical garden and views of sunset, the resort offers free Wi-Fi and an outdoor pool. We liked absolutely everything. We have been traveling across Thailand for the past 6 years and this is easy in our top 3 accomodations. The staff went above and beyond to help with everything we needed, the deluxe rooms were absolutely gourgeous, clean with a great exotic vibe. Breakfast served until 5 pm (which was a great surprise since we are not morning people) and the great pool open at all hours were the cherry on top. Will definitely return

You can play billiards and darts at the 3-star hotel. This is such a peaceful, relaxing spot and the owners, Karine and Cyril, are amazing hosts, warm, helpful, and great craic. I want to clarify something from another review so people don’t miss out on staying here. While I was there, the government briefly cut the water supply one evening (around 5–6pm). Karine and Cyril personally came to explain, and it was resolved within an hour. My shower pressure was perfect, and cleaning is done every second day (though you can ask for daily if you prefer). A real highlight was their weekly dinner, they even got me a veggie burger with proper hand-cut chips, which was such a kind touch. All in all, a lovely place with genuine, sound people. Highly recommend!

The pool is little, but it was just perfect and relaxing. The resort is situated a 30-minute drive from the site for Full Moon Party. We stayed at Golden Hill Resort for 11 days and had an amazing time. The private bungalow was very comfortable, the location was quiet yet close to everything, and the views from the pool and restaurant were stunning. The food was great, especially the burgers, and Haim, the owner, was incredibly helpful and always available.

The location is not in walking distance to the main area, but to rent a scooter to get around the island is a good idea anyway :) there is free parking for scooters as well!
