Liiên, the manager, personally showed me all the facilities and shared her vision for the hotel—it’s refreshing to see such passion and dedication, and it truly makes the place different. The amenities are fantastic: you’re treated to cookies, instant soup, coffee, and access to a free water dispenser, which is a thoughtful touch. All in all, my stay was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. Mi An Hotel is hands down one of the best—if not the best—hotels I’ve experienced during my travels. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang!

I especially loved the swimming pool — it was small but clean, not too crowded, and had a lovely view, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Finally, the staff were outstanding: Phuong at reception always friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Overall, a great place to stay whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I’d definitely come back!

I hope the hotel can maintain this great quality when I come next time

I tried reaching out by phone and messages several times without success, so I eventually decided to stay at another nearby place for the night. Although it was a bit disappointing, I hope the hotel can improve communication and location details for future guests — as it looks like a lovely place once everything is clarified
