The hotel is located across from unity Square, so it is very convenient and centrally located. The staff were all very helpful and gracious. The breakfast bar on the roof in the morning was lovely. The rooftop is a nice place to enjoy an evening cocktail as well. The room was not very big, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Most important was that it was clean and well appointed. It has a nice coffee shop on the first floor, but there is not a place to eat lunch at the hotel. You can, however, order food in the evening at the rooftop bar . Upon checkout, staff did a check of the room before we left and found my husband’s envelope with cash in it, and promptly ran it down to us! That honesty speaks for itself. if we would return to Pleiku we would definitely stay here again.

The location is quite good 'cos it takes only 10 minutes to walk to Đại Đoàn Kết square. For those who are runners, they can easily find the route to get running tracklog in the morning. The facilities are in good condition, the room is spacious and clean and I can see the new year atmosphere in the hotel. Car parking is also free and easy to get access to The staff are accommodating and helpful. They give clear information of Pleiku city and help us to hire a motor bike with reasonable price. Also the staff in the restaurant are very nice and caring, they served good foods for breakfast. There is a small shop in the hotel which provides local specialities such as coffee, cashew... The hotel goes beyond my expectations! I will recommend this hotel to my friend or will get a room if I visit this beautiful city next time! I must send my thanks to the management and staff for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service :))

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They upgraded my room with no extra charge presumably because the rooms were not full. They were very generous and continued to offer me drinks after I had checked out and was waiting for my taxi. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The air conditioning was also quiet and efficient at cooling the room.

I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a busy week. This hotel was a perfect choice for a short escape, and I’d definitely come back again.
