The staff is the KINDEST people in the world. I got sick and they shared their medication and took care of me at their best. Their English was not the best but able to communicate. I got local restaurants and sightseeing from them too! The pool is clean and fresh/warm. The breakfast is also nice, pho and omelette is offered upon the request (free). It’s Vietnam, so the bugs and lizards are everywhere so don’t freak out when you find them. They keep the luggage and take shower even you check out. Two flip flops are prepared in your room and the AC, refrigerator, TV are all functioning.

Initially the taxi dropped me at Lion 12, realising my error one of staff from Lion 12 drove me to Lion 15 and helped me with my luggage

The location was perfect for us, near the river, the staff was smiling and welcoming, Amanda contacted us while we were still on the way. The room was clean to a high standard. It lacked a coffee corner. We booked a tour to the "Floating Market" through them, and a lovely and friendly guide named Tom arrived (it is recommended to do the tour with him). They helped and guided us when we asked for help, including transportation for the rest of our trip.

Realy pacific was amazing .the appartment was very clean,new equipments,spacious and the staf was very very kind.the tuc tuc was in our disposition 24/24.pacific is situated insde a marina with a free bus.we can go to the center any time and also to visit other places for free.the sweaming pool and the beach were very clean and splandid.i realy recomanded

Everything was just as described, if not better. The location was great—close to the beach, swimming pool, and local market, yet still quiet and relaxing. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the service exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the friendly personnel, the easy check-in process, and, of course, the free coffee, and free scooter, this is just amazing. The administrator, Stephen, is truly a great person. He helped us through WhatsApp anytime, 24/7, even with questions not related to the hotel. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others! Rating: 10/10
