The dorms were very comfortable and spacious, the location was quiet but not too far from the Main Street. They helped me book a tour to Ruc Mon cave which was one of the highlights of my trip to Vietnam. Family dinner was tasty. We booked a bungalow overlooking the lake. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the necessities. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us book a car and guide to view the caves. We were there during Tet, and had the place to ourselves until the last day, when many Vietnamese families arrived to celebrate Tet together. The staff were amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed, and one staff member even gave us a special Bánh Tét (glutinous rice cake with pork belly and mung beans filling, cooked in banana leaf for 24 hours) that his wife had made. The food was lovely, and during our 4-day stay, we were able to sample many of the dishes available. We were in one of the farm cabins, which was roomy, with the most comfortable bed. I had the best nights’ sleeps I had experienced for a long time. The most wonderful thing was the smiles we received every time we came in contact with any of the staff. With many hugs as we checked out, we really did feel as though we arrived as guests and left as family.
