The staff are friendly/courteous, the rooms are clean and generally quiet (soundproofing is quite good). The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary breakfast service was very enjoyable. The amenities stated were all there. There was individual air conditioning. Cleanliness: 10/10 Washroom: It was clean and it even has a bathtub. They have high consistency in cleanliness and comfort. The counter staff speaks English is a plus. There is a wide spread for the complimentary breakfast. Hotel location is quite near train stations and shopping malls. Though the rooms are small, we feel comfortable. The staff were always friendly and size of the room was good. You can choose to skip room service and just get towels and water bottles, which I find very practical.
