The hotel is on the main street, 5 minutes walk from Gangnam Station and underground mall. Good connection by subway to most areas. The room was spacious, great window view, very clean. The bed was very comfortable with interesting pillows. Bathroom small but clean, free toiletries, free skincare, washing machine and dryer in the lobby, very convenient and cheap. Nice and helpful staff. The breakfast area was downstairs, very dark area with no air, mostly asian dishes, only toast and butter, but no knife or forks.

We have found Toyoko Inns to be consistently reliable. The staff are friendly/courteous, the rooms are clean and generally quiet (soundproofing is quite good). We especially appreciate the comfortable (softer) beds when compared to many or most of the Toyoko Inns we've stayed at in Japan.

I had a great stay at the Toyoko Inn Seoul Yeongdeungpo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary breakfast service was very enjoyable. I would happily stay here again when I visit Seoul and recommend it to anyone else visiting.

There was individual air conditioning. Cleanliness: 10/10 Washroom: It was clean and it even has a bathtub. It also has shampoo, conditioner and body wash I was in Toyoko Inn Busan and the room layout was almost identical I would stay here again They also leave daily water bottle and towels at your door

I am now a fan of Toyoko Inn, after staying with this hotel chain in Busan Station, Ulsan Samsandong, Incheon Bupyeong, Seoul Yeongdeungpo. They have high consistency in cleanliness and comfort. The counter staff speaks English is a plus. There is a wide spread for the complimentary breakfast. Hotel location is quite near train stations and shopping malls. Though the rooms are small, we feel comfortable. The pricing is affordable, value for money.

This is our 2nd time staying at toyoko inn in Dongdaemun. The staff were always friendly and size of the room was good. You can choose to skip room service and just get towels and water bottles, which I find very practical. If you are lucky, you can also get a N seoul tower view.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. One staff member spoke good English. Typical Toyoko inn, a little regimented over times but you know what you’re getting.
