They were very friendly and helpful. We also loved the free shuttle to and from Hakata station. It made it easier for us to travel around Fukuoka and enjoy lots of sight seeing.

Room was bigger than we expected for this kind of Japanese hotel, in addition to normal desk, chair and fridge combination there was a table with two chairs and enough floor space to open our big luggage.
