The Villetta is located in a pastoral place. It is fully equipped with all facilities needed in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. The Villetta was very clean when we arrived. Although there is an instruction booklet for every electronic device, the owner was available to answer any questions. The train station is 3-4 minutes from the Villetta so we could leave the car at the parking garage instead of driving in the traffic jams at the center of Munich.

Perfect location, easy walk to the station to get to the city center and to the airport. Supermarket and beer garden both also in easy walking distance. Hosts were welcoming and available if we needed anything. Great size for our family with two older children.

Beautiful 2 level apartment. Everything was super clean and so beautifully decorated. Bathroom is on first floor with kitchen and bedroom and rec room is second floor. Really had everything we needed and was within walking distance of Sbahn, bakeries, ubers, shopping etc. We really loved this place! We did lock ourselves out once, door does lock upon closing.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our own food. The Edeke supermarket is next door and had a good selection of fresh ingredients. We enjoyed meeting the deer, and the peace and quiet is lovely. There are some outdoor loungers, which are not shown in the photographs. The train service into Munich is superb. We bought day tickets. These cover the bus, train, and underground all in one ticket.

The house is well equiped. Owner gave very clear directions to enter the house. Location of the house is perfect, it offers nice walk to the lake, grocery stores are very close. We had a very relaxfull stay!
